1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules governing your use of this platform and any associated services. By accessing, browsing, or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
2. Account Registration and Maintenance

4. User-Generated Content
When you post, upload, or submit any content (text, images, video, or other materials), you represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions. You grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the platform’s operation. The platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Certain premium features require payment of subscription fees. All fees, billing cycles, and renewal dates are clearly detailed on the pricing page within your account dashboard. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner using the payment method you designate. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
6. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the platform’s subscription settings. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
7. Suspension and Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of associated materials and features.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform disclaims all warranties of merchantability and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
